2. What this website is

This website describes Iridium Private Pty Ltd's (ABN 73612810885) advisory and principal-investment services and allows you to submit an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, or request a diagnostic. Nothing on this website constitutes formal financial, credit, legal, or tax advice — it's general information about our services. Any formal advice or credit assistance is provided only through a direct engagement with Iridium, governed by separate engagement terms and, where applicable, the Credit Guide referenced below.

3. Credit assistance

Where Iridium provides credit assistance (for example, through the Founders Office / Bank-Ready program), this is carried out by individuals authorised as credit representatives under Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd's Australian Credit Licence (ACL 389328). Before any credit assistance is provided, you will separately receive a Credit Guide and Privacy Disclosure Statement setting out fees, commissions, and your rights under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

4. Fees

Where a program has a published fee (for example, the Bank-Ready in 30 Days engagement), it's stated on the relevant program page. Fees for bespoke advisory engagements (Family Office, Growth, Dental & Medical, International Expansion, Virtual C-Suite) are agreed directly with you before any work begins. This website does not currently process online payments — no live checkout is active.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Advisory and capital-raising outcomes depend on your specific circumstances, market conditions, and lender/investor decisions outside Iridium's control. Nothing on this website or in preliminary materials (including the Revenue Diagnostic or Founder Diagnostic) guarantees a particular financial outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, design, and the Iridium Private name and marks — belongs to Iridium Private Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
