Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated by Iridium Private Pty Ltd (ABN 73612810885) (“Iridium,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It covers personal information collected through this website — the enquiry forms, newsletter signup, and speaking/media enquiry form.
Where Iridium provides credit assistance (for example, through the Founders Office / Bank-Ready program), that activity is carried out by individuals authorised as credit representatives under Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd's Australian Credit Licence (ACL 389328). Credit-specific data handling — including disclosures to credit reporting bodies and lenders — is governed by a separate Credit Guide and Privacy Disclosure Statement provided to you directly before any credit assistance is given, available on request via the Contact page.
2. What we collect
Depending on which form you use, we collect:
- Enquiry / intake form: full name, email address, and the enquiry area you select (e.g. dental & medical practice, family office, growth business, international expansion).
- Newsletter signup: email address only.
- Speaking & media enquiry form: full name, email address, event or publication, and enquiry format.
We do not currently collect payment information through this website — no online payment or checkout is live at this time.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right advisory desk, send newsletter content you've subscribed to, and — for speaking/media enquiries — to evaluate and coordinate the request.
Submissions are directed to Iridium's internal customer relationship management system for the relevant team member to review and respond. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device type, and browsing behaviour on this site. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. For more information on how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Where your information may be handled
Iridium operates across Australia, India, the UAE, the UK, and the US. Depending on which advisory desk handles your enquiry, your information may be accessed by team members or systems located in more than one of these jurisdictions.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Provide you with the information we hold about you.
- Correct that information if it's inaccurate.
- Delete your information, where we're not otherwise required to retain it.
To make a request, use the Contact page. For credit-assistance-specific requests, the process set out in the Credit Guide referenced in Section 1 applies.
7. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us via the Contact page first so we can work toward a resolution directly.
If your concern relates specifically to credit assistance and remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) — details are provided in the Credit Guide referenced above. For general privacy complaints, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
