Having worked in a management and strategic consulting role with multiple banks, she is the preferred advisor to CEOs of fast-growing companies. As an award-winning commercial banker and broker, she understands the credit spectrum of the Australian market.

Val has extensive experience at CFO/COO level across structured finance, wholesale banking, stockbroking, and mortgage origination, in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He now provides independent consulting to high-growth enterprises and has worked with many successful startups.
